Trick-or-Treat at Rhode Island Row

Celebrate the Halloween season with Rhode Island Row during the Farmers Market on Thursday, October 27th.  From 4:00 – 7:00 PM, kids dressed in Halloween costumes can enjoy free candy from participating retailers, restaurants and Farmers Market vendors, as well as face painting activities and fun giveaways.
